With a degree in Politics from the University of Minnesota and specialized training in Human-Centered Design, Khaled co-founded Caravann Consulting to help organizations achieve impactful results through team effectiveness and enhanced workplace experiences. Beyond his professional work, Khaled is a dedicated #mentalhealth advocate who focuses on supporting men of color. A second-generation #Egyptian-American, he is also a passionate #cat dad and brings a unique culinary perspective from his time apprenticing under #Michelin-starred and award-winning chefs.
